OBETS, Revista de Ciencias Sociales is aimed at professionals, researchers, students, faculty and general public interested in the academic research in the field of Social Sciences. The aim of the journal is the dissemination of academic nature studies in order to contribute to a better understanding of contemporary society. In this sense, it is open to the publication of results of theoretical, methodological, or empirical research at national and international level. The journal covers a wide range of subjects enrolled in the field of sociology and social sciences, as studies of public opinion, methodology, demographics, structure and social change, political science, sociological theory, anthropology or social psychology. In order to achieve the highest possible quality in published works, all papers presented are subject to arbitration by academic peers, considering both the novelty of the results and the methodological rigour in the design of research and analysis.
